What would be an internal part to an engine rebuild that I would need to settle for a Chinese made part? I'm certain pricing is a factor to using China-man's parts however I don't want to. I'd rather pay the extra for the made in the USA stuff. Is there an obstacle where one part ( example , lifters) are not made here, none?
Just asking, I can't imagine that being the case but Hell, you have a hard time finding a refrigerator magnet made in the states.
Ummm 'cause we, the US, don't make anything anymore. For Generations now we've operated on the lowest price possible principle. Meaning the US consumer has paid primarily to price, rather than quality. It's how the Chinese were able to take over.
