You know... There was a great big knuckle dragger here last week wielding a couple o' milk crate slip covers (NICE ones too). MAN, he was HUGE! He looked like a cross between The Incredible Hulk and King Kong Bundy

He blurted something about a Cadillac while pointing at me with a big angry frown, I gestured towards my werk truck and shrugged my shoulders. I think that pi$$ed him off because he didn't even stay for a cup of coffee.

He did mumble something about Polaraco cookie heartburn before he left while holding his belly and wincing in pain, and the bed of his truck was full of bottled drinking water. Me thinks he was headed for Jersey.

Get outta' bed Leaburn! Stop sniffing paint fumes, it's 2007 and time to get to work! At least we know you won't have waffle a$$!

Matt,LOL!! Thanks for the encouragement.Remember I was about to cross the border for you--so tone down the clowning around.

Like most of us on the first day of the new year,I was "not feeling too good"!!

I will be working on the car and updating this week.I will also introduce more friends who will be donating some time on the car as well.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Back into the groove now that the festive holiday has wound down..
I got another patch done tonight-with some help of a couple of enthusiastic young guns-
Ryan and Darcy
Ryan dove under the car and started stripping the undercoating. His arm is fully healed and no cast to speak of.
Darcy helped me finish the patch. He is doing welding at school and is better at it than I am.This would be good practice for him.

Ryan has already filled a five gallon pail of old undercoating!
At that rate,he will have the belly of the Barge stripped in no time!

My Dad,who lives in Newfoundland,is also following this project after I sent him the link. (HI DAD!)
I hope he checks in from time to time...
