I recently acquired this car, and it is the first Chrysler in my barn since I sold my 1934 Dodge Brothers KCL Pick Up. I wasn't looking for another project car, and since this doesn't need a lot of work to get it back on the road, I figured that I would buy it. It runs, but the transmission leaks horribly. That is going to be the first mechanical issue to be resolved. The car was last run on the road in 1988, so I will also be doing brakes. It has approximately 19K on the odometer, and I am the second owner since it was retired in 1987. A couple of things that I will be needing help finding are original type exhaust pipes, and molding clips to put back some missing moldings. The grille surround molding was missing, and I was able to find a good one on eBay, but I still haven't been able to locate the square black plastic clips that hold it on. You can see the clips in the picture. These clips are held to the body with a small machine screw that goes into a steel U clip. Any suggestions where to look? Also, anyone know of any parts cars that are being parted out? Thanks for the help... Junk.

Here are some more pictures that I took at the sellers home. I have yet to find the time to clean the car, since it is still too cold, and there isn't room in the garage for both me and the car. Darn near need a shoe horn just to get into the garage, since it was already full of "stuff" when I bought the car, and had to make space to get it inside and out of the harsh winter weather. For some unknown reason the original data plate that was mounted on the left inner fender pan is missing. I have looked for any other production documents under the dash, etc. but there were none to be found, except for one that is tightly sandwiched between the seat springs. I did get a copy of the original dealers sales order that was hand written, but it had no useful information. Best that I can tell, it must have been made from a 4 door New Yorker sedan.
